The two documents are a letter from the National Park Service to the Recreation and Conservation Office and a 2014 Memorandum on policy. Write to savesteds@gmail.com if you wish copies of those two documents and land use attorney's interpretation of the documents.
Additional documents, including a Deed, Project Agreement and Land and Water Conservation Fund rules substantiate that Daniels Real Estate is occupying Saint Ed without following the Land and Water Conservation Act rules governing this park. All documents are public record but only recently compiled into a cohesive whole. The Land and Water Conservation Act is nothing if not enforced.
Core documents add to the proof that Kevin Daniels is occupying the core of the park illegally. Unfortunately, the regulating agencies had not gathered all of the documents in one cardboard box. Well, they have them now and can now make informed decisions.
