Luxury convention center at United Methodist Church, "communion re-imagined" according to Kevin Daniels.

The Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) deserves funding -- and, equally, enforcement. States are responsible to enforce the rules that follow lands purchased through this national fund, and they do, except for Washington State. The finger in the eye is Saint Edward State Park, leased to a cult developer who can do no wrong.

State Parks let Saint Edward State Park slip from public enjoyment of the last natural place on Lake
Washington, to private control for 62 years with unlimited expansion potential in the lease. In addition to that outrage, the lease has no provision for the State of Washington to terminate the lease, which makes the lease illegal according to LWCF rules.

What once was a healthy eco-system may mirror Kevin Daniels' "saving" the United Methodist Church at "The Mark:" http://themarkseattle.com/?, a high-end, luxury structure most of us will never afford.

Daniels calls the "Mark," "communion re-imagined" at his website. Has he also re-imagined himself with his name in 48 point font? Along this trajectory, he takes a 20% personal income tax deduction for "renovating" a historic structure.

Numerous contractual documents prove Daniels' possession of the park is illegal. Write to savesteds@gmail.com to request links to documents.
